The Merida Cold Cap Kit provides the gel caps and accessories needed for scalp cooling during chemotherapy. Dry ice is required in addition to the kit and sourced separately. A wheeled cooler is also required, you can use your own, or add one to your rental. Specially designed gel cold caps are chilled in dry ice and rotated throughout treatment to help reduce chemotherapy-related hair loss.
Three gel caps are worn before, during, and after chemotherapy to maintain consistent cooling of the scalp.
